Seamless Agency B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 90533119) uses this private workspace to offer, sign and store confidentiality agreements.

What do we record?

The agreement, your name, email address, company name where provided, typed signature and explicit consent. When you sign, we also record your IP address, browser, the time your access code was verified and the server time. Hashes link the signing record to the agreement content and the final PDF.

Why, and who has access?

We process this information to enter into and perform the agreement, and for our legitimate interest in keeping evidence of agreements. Only the Seamless administrator and the recipient with the personal link and code can access the agreement through the app. Hosting, database and email providers process data to operate the service. After signing, Resend sends each party a confirmation with the signed PDF. There are no advertising trackers or external analytics.

Retention and your rights

We keep a signed agreement for as long as needed for the confidentiality arrangement and to support potential legal claims. Seamless periodically reviews unfinished invitations and removes them when no longer needed. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Deletion may not be possible where records are needed for a legal claim. We do not edit a signed agreement after signing; a correction requires a new agreement.

What does this signature record?

This app records a simple electronic signature: access through a personal link and separate code, a typed name and explicit consent. It is not a qualified electronic signature, independent identity check or certified timestamp. Share the link and code only with the intended recipient.

Cookies

We use only necessary, secure session cookies: up to eight hours for the administrator and one hour for a signer.
